-Cases are pre-drilled for optimum performance & safety with installed waterproof lid locks for security, lid lanyards (or optional liners) to keep the case lid from opening past 80 degrees, and internal retention straps to hold your gear in place. If you prefer the cases un-drilled just ask.
-Caribou heavy duty external latch mount system holds the case tightly on the rack to eliminate all case movement. Remove/attach the cases from the bike in seconds, no need to open case to access pucks or bolts.
-The Caribou field replaceable latch is designed to release the case from the bike in a hard crash thereby protecting the bike's subframe and luggage rack. Our latch is adjustable to account for wear and to keep the system tight and secure over tens of thousands of hard miles - unlike clip locks and spring pins that rattle, loosen and fail under hard use.
- TIG welded 19mm (3/4 inch) square 14 ga steel tube Caribou side luggage rack system in black powder coat finish. Strong yet unobtrusive when the cases are off the bike.
-Easy to assemble Turn-key System, no drilling or modification to the bike. All mount components are made of high strength powder coated steel.
-Single key system - the key on the latch mount system latch is matched to the lid lock key.
